Greetings to our Past & Future Guests:

The calendar may say its Fall, but the daytime temps are telling us quite a different story!  It is still warm here during the day, but the nights are nice and cool.  We are sure Fall is just around the corner and we will welcome it none to soon.  It's been a very warm summer this year in Twain Harte, much warmer than usual for such an extended period of time.  So, bring on the falling leaves and sweatshirt weather, we're ready!

The 2nd annual "Film Fest Twain Harte" was another huge success this September!  Over 400 independent films were submitted, and of those, 50 plus were presented over the three-day period.  At the VIP Gala Friday night, actress Veronica Cartwright who played in Alfred Hitchcook's, "The Birds", entertained guests along with last year's guest actor Jeffrey Weissman, better know as George McFly in "Back to the Future II & III.  The vast majority of guests were from out of town, which also helped our local businesses.  In addition, Film Fest Twain Harte also became a nonprofit event this year, with proceeds going to scholarships for Tuolumne County students aspiring to go into the film industry.  Great news for our area!  This is fast becoming a popular event, so be sure to watch our Film Fest web site for next year's event and be sure to book your stay early (www.filmfesttwainharte.com).

Looking to Fall, Twain Harte's 7th annual Oktoberfest will be held October 6th & 7th at Eproson Park, 10am to 5pm.  Be sure to book your reservation with us in time for this family fun event.  There will be lots of arts & crafts, music, dancing and of course plenty of Beer!  Also, be sure and "Save the Date" for our annual Daffodils planting at the Twain Harte entrance, November 4th at 9am.  If any of you have been here in the Spring, it is a beautiful display to see.  And each year, more and more are added, so please plan on attending this year and help make our Spring display even more spectacular!  This would be another fun family event, and all you need to bring is some gloves, a shovel and energy.  Make your reservations with us today and we can give you all the details!

As a reminder, "Twain Harte Vacation Rentals" is now on Facebook.  Don't be confused by another who is using our same name.  You'll know us by our address and phone number.  We have updates about specials, as well as newly listed cabins.  Search us out and "Like" us today!

There are many more fun activities to be had in the Mother Lode, so be sure to check out our "Fall Happenings in and Around Town" section below!  Most importantly don't forget about our 25% Off-Season Discount Rates starting now through November 16th and then again November 26th through December 14th.   We still have many cabins available at these reduced rates, and if you book or inquire online, these discount rates will already be applied!

We have cabins to fit just about every need, so be sure to check out our website if you have not viewed it lately and book now for best availability.  Also, be sure to check out the "New Listings" on our home page, as we have many, and our "Featured Property" section.

As usual, please know that if we can be of service to you, we're just an email or phone call away!

Have a fabulous Fall!

Best Wishes ,
